Custom T-Shirt & DTG Printing in Chicago
Print Lab prints custom tees and hoodies inside Another Level at 6908 S Western Ave, Chicago. Bring us a logo, a photo or just an idea, and we print it on premium blanks using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. There's no minimum order, so one shirt is fine.
What we print
- Premium blanks. We print on two blanks we've tested ourselves: the Custom Active Tee (6 oz USA cotton, Black or White) and the Daily Premium cotton-faced hoodie.
- DTG printing. Full-color prints straight onto the garment, front, back or both.
- Big prints. Up to 16 × 21 inches on eligible garments and sizes.
- No minimums. Order one piece or a full run. Bulk discounts are available on larger orders.
How to order
Online
- Pick your blank and color in the online designer.
- Add your design. Upload a logo or photo, or type your text. Move it, size it and preview it on the shirt before you buy.
- Choose sizes and quantity, then add it to your cart.
- Check out and choose in-store pickup or shipping.
In the shop
Walk in with your design or idea, and we'll handle your order right away.
Timing, pickup and shipping
- Standard production: 3–5 business days for online orders. Shipping transit time is added for shipped orders.
- In-store pickup: 6908 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60636. Pickup hours are Monday–Saturday 11 AM–7 PM and Sunday 11 AM–4 PM. Choose "Pick up" at checkout and we'll text you when your order is ready.
- Nationwide shipping: we ship anywhere in the US. Orders over $90 ship free.
Need it faster?
Add the paid two-day rush when you order online, and we print your order in two business days instead of 3–5. The rush speeds up production only; shipping transit time still applies to shipped orders.
