Refund policy

Change of mind or a size you chose. Every Print Lab shirt is made to order, so we don't normally accept returns because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size yourself. Print Lab may approve an exception case by case. This is separate from problems with your order below: misprints, defects, damage and wrong items are handled as described there.

Problems with your order. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or isn't the design, colour or size you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery (or after you pick it up). Send your order number and a photo. We'll review the issue and choose the remedy. Our usual remedy is a free replacement, including any shipping for the replacement. If a suitable replacement isn't available, or we can't resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we'll refund the affected item and the applicable shipping. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask. Any remedies you're entitled to by law still apply.

Orders that never arrive. The 7-day limit doesn't apply to a package that never arrives. If your tracking stops updating, shows delivered but you don't have it, or the package is lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and reprint or refund your order.

Cancelling an order. You can cancel for a full refund until production starts. Text or email us with your order number. Once production has started, we can't accept cancellations unless Print Lab approves an exception. This doesn't affect your right to a reprint or refund if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or not as ordered (see above).

If we can't ship on time. If we can't print and ship your order within the time we told you, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

Shirts from a creator's shop. These follow this same policy. How a refund affects the creator never delays your refund.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.
