Shipping policy

Production time. Every order is printed by hand in our Chicago shop within 3–5 business days. Shipping transit time is added after that. Rush printing, where it's offered when you design your shirt, prints in 2 business days for an extra charge shown before you pay. A faster shipping method doesn't speed up printing.

Where we ship. We ship only to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses or outside the United States. Free local pickup in Chicago is available to anyone.

Shipping cost — Print Lab shirts and products.

  • Standard: $8. Standard shipping is free when your order subtotal is over $90 (after discounts, before tax and shipping).
  • Express: $15.

Shipping cost — shirts from a creator's shop.

  • Standard: $8 flat per order, at any order value. There's no free shipping on creator shirts and no Express option.
  • If your order mixes creator shirts with other Print Lab products, checkout shows one combined shipping charge: the creator shirts' $8 plus the Standard charge for your other items (which is free when your order subtotal is over $90). Express isn't available for orders that include creator shirts.
  • These are flat rates set by Print Lab, not carrier-calculated rates.

The exact shipping price for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup (free). Choose pickup at checkout and collect at 6908 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60636. We text you when your order is ready. Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday 11 AM–7 PM, Sunday 11 AM–4 PM.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link when your order ships.

Delays. If we can't ship within the time we told you, we'll contact you before the deadline. You can agree to the new date or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items.

Damaged or lost packages. See our Refund policy: report damage within 7 calendar days after delivery; packages that never arrive aren't held to that limit.
